The Story Behind : CHAPTER 6 - Middle Class Families
The Story Behind : CHAPTER 6 - Middle Class Families
Hi....Today I am going to talk in Middle class families.
Indian society based on their economic criteria are classified into three groups....lower class, middle class and the upper class. These classifications are actually the result of one of those "time-pass" jobs done by our "baap dadas".
As growing up in a middle class family I will not say that I have done a lot of struggle but yes there have been a few inconveniences or lets say obstacles. If I want to buy something then first I have to go to lower court a.k.a "mummy" and then to higher court a.k.a "daddy". This is why India is trolled for their pending cases in courts and here my request for new headphones is still unapproved and who knows when the higher court will pass his judgement.
If you are growing in a middle class family your parents will try the best to save every penny by classifying your and their expenses into 2 categories:- i) Necessity ii) luxury
Necessity means things like food, clothing, shelter, education, medication etcetera.
Luxury means you watching Money Heist by taking a 600/- Netflix subscription.
If you are growing in a middle class family then your parents must have once definitely told you that :"Tere friend ke baap ki toh factory....woh to kuch na kuch ban hi jayega.....tu kya karega?".
By now if you are thinking that this is getting very relatable and even you are a middle class then, NO! The fact that you are reading this blog comfortably on your sofa makes it clear that you have all the privileges that a person can have.
Being middle class is just like having the best of both worlds...the misery of the poor and the luxury of the top class. But yes if you are a middle class once in your life you must have downloaded a movie from a torrent website rather than paying 600/- on a Netflix subscription.
